1. Overview
Big Boy Domains ("we," "us," "our") is a Texas-based premium domain name brokerage operating since 2015. We sell domains outright and offer lease-to-own agreements. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Domain Purchases
When you purchase a domain, you are purchasing the domain name registration and its transfer to a registrar account you control. Full payment is required before transfer begins. Prices shown are in US dollars and are subject to availability and change without notice.
3. Escrow
Most transactions are completed through a neutral third-party escrow service. Escrow holds funds until the domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer, protecting both parties. Escrow fees, if any, are disclosed before you commit.
4. Transfers
Once a purchase is complete, we transfer the domain to your registrar within approximately 24 hours in most cases. Transfer timing can vary depending on the registry, the current registrar, and whether the domain has recently changed hands.
5. Lease-to-Own
Lease-to-own lets you use a domain on a monthly plan while building equity. Each payment contributes toward the eventual purchase. At the end of the agreed term, the domain transfers to you. Custom terms are drafted for each agreement and include the number of payments, payment amount, and final purchase terms.
6. Payment Terms
We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency. Payment details for your transaction will be confirmed before it is processed. All sales are final once a domain has been transferred to your account.
7. Use of This Website
The domains, prices, and details shown on this website are informational. We reserve the right to remove or reprice any listing at any time. Inquiries you submit do not constitute a binding offer to purchase.
